This role offers the opportunity to work closely with attorneys and clients on complex business, employment, real estate, and other civil matters from case inception through trial.<\/p>\n<p>The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and comfortable taking ownership of active matters while anticipating deadlines and next steps.<\/p>\n<h2>Key Responsibilities<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage case files, calendars, deadlines, state and federal court filings, and document-intensive matters.<\/li>\n<li>Draft pleadings, discovery, subpoenas, correspondence, and other litigation documents;
