The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, experience working with complex project or program schedules, and the ability to operate effectively in a deadline-driven environment.<\/p>\n<h2>Key Responsibilities<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Create, update, and manage Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for assigned programs.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain schedules that accurately reflect contractual commitments, program goals, milestones, deliverables, and established scheduling standards.<\/li>\n<li>Build and oversee detailed schedules encompassing both contractual requirements and broader program activities.<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate program timelines through critical path, schedule variance, and schedule risk analysis.<\/li>\n<li>Proactively identify scheduling concerns, potential impacts, and opportunities, and communicate findings to program leadership.<\/li>\n<li>Update schedules as program or contractual requirements change while maintaining meaningful and realistic schedule baselines.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with cross-functional partners to gather scheduling information and accurately capture dependencies, key milestones, and deliverables.<\/li>\n<li>Consolidate and evaluate schedule information from multiple sources to produce clear and actionable insights.<\/li>\n<li>Develop schedule-related reporting and present findings to program stakeholders and senior leadership.<\/li>\n<li>Help promote effective schedule management practices while supporting applicable compliance requirements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Qualifications<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in a related discipline or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.<\/li>\n<li>Approximately 5+ years of related professional experience.<\/li>\n<li>Background in one or more areas such as program or schedule management, industrial engineering, operations management, management consulting, data analytics, finance, or another quantitative discipline.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated experience building, managing, or evaluating complex project or program schedules.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency with scheduling platforms and data-analysis tools.<\/li>\n<li>Advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities, including experience with PivotTables, lookup functions, and data analysis.<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to collect information from multiple sources, evaluate data, and communicate meaningful findings.<\/li>\n<li>Experience developing schedule-related reporting and presenting information to senior-level stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.<\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge of DCMA scheduling practices and associated compliance requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of Master\/Subproject Integrated Master Schedule structures.<\/li>\n<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage responsibilities independently while also contributing successfully within cross-functional teams.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Preferred Qualifications<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Advanced degree in Industrial Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.<\/li>\n<li>PMP certification or another relevant project\/program management credential.<\/li>\n<li>Experience performing Schedule Risk Assessments (SRA).<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with Microsoft Project Web Access (PWA) or comparable scheduling technology.<\/li>\n<li>Experience supporting Earned Value (EV) programs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\"
