{"id":134246,"date":"2026-10-09T12:25:01","date_gmt":"2026-10-09T12:25:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/bhsg.com\/jobs\/job\/clt1477589_1791548701-payroll-manager-charlotte-north-carolina\/"},"modified":"2026-10-09T15:43:51","modified_gmt":"2026-10-09T15:43:51","slug":"clt1477589_1791548701-payroll-manager-charlotte-north-carolina","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/bhsg.com\/jobs\/job\/clt1477589_1791548701-payroll-manager-charlotte-north-carolina\/","title":{"rendered":"Payroll Manager"},"content":{"rendered":"<h4><strong><a id=\"myCustomID\" href=\"https:\/\/jobs.beaconhillstaffing.com\/jobs\/job\/CLT1477589_1791548701\">To Apply for this Job Click Here<\/a><\/strong><\/h4>\n<\/p>\n<div>\n<h3>Responsibilities<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead accurate and timely payroll processing for U.S. and international employee populations across multiple legal entities and countries.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee payroll approvals, funding, tax compliance, reconciliations, and payroll issue resolution.<\/li>\n<li>Manage payroll operations involving various currencies, pay frequencies, and employee groups.<\/li>\n<li>Review payroll processing for approximately 500 employees and provide backup support when necessary.<\/li>\n<li>Partner closely with HR, Benefits, Finance, Treasury, Tax, Legal, and IT teams to ensure payroll accuracy and process efficiency.<\/li>\n<li>Support onboarding, benefits administration, deductions, employer contributions, and retirement plan payroll activities.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain strong payroll controls, approval workflows, policies, and procedures while ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee payroll accounting activities including journal entries, accruals, account reconciliations, intercompany allocations, and month-end support.<\/li>\n<li>Lead payroll-related initiatives associated with acquisitions, new entities, and system implementations.<\/li>\n<li>Manage third-party payroll vendors and drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on automation, scalability, and accuracy.<\/li>\n<li>Serve as the primary escalation point for complex payroll matters.<\/li>\n<li>Coach, mentor, and develop a Payroll Specialist while promoting accountability and service excellence.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>7+ years of payroll experience, including payroll processing and management responsibilities.<\/li>\n<li>3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.<\/li>\n<li>Experience managing payroll within a multi-entity or multi-subsidiary organization.<\/li>\n<li>Global payroll experience, including coordination with international payroll providers.<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of payroll compliance, payroll accounting, reconciliations, and controls.<\/li>\n<li>Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs.<\/li>\n<li>Experience supporting payroll integrations, system implementations, acquisitions, or organizational growth initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with UK payroll (preferred).<\/li>\n<li>Benefits administration knowledge (preferred).<\/li>\n<li>Exposure to payroll operations in Canada and Mexico (preferred).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/counter.adcourier.com\/Y2x0Zi4wNDQzNi4xMjU4NEBiZWFjb25oaWxsLmFwbGl0cmFrLmNvbQ.gif\"><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">CLT1477589_1791548701<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><strong><a id=\"otherId\" href=\"https:\/\/jobs.beaconhillstaffing.com\/jobs\/job\/CLT1477589_1791548701\">To Apply for this Job Click Here<\/a><\/strong><\/h4>\n","protected":false},"author":0,"featured_media":3770,"template":"","meta":{"_relevanssi_hide_post":"","_relevanssi_hide_content":"","_relevanssi_pin_for_all":"","_relevanssi_pin_keywords":"","_relevanssi_unpin_keywords":"","_relevanssi_related_keywords":"","_relevanssi_related_include_ids":"","_relevanssi_related_exclude_ids":"","_relevanssi_related_no_append":"","_relevanssi_related_not_related":"","_relevanssi_related_posts":"","_relevanssi_noindex_reason":"","inline_featured_image":false,"_promoted":"","_job_location":"Charlotte, North Carolina","_application":"cltf.04436.12584@beaconhill.aplitrak.com","_company_name":"Beacon Hill Staffing Group","_company_website":"","_company_tagline":"","_company_twitter":"","_company_video":"","_filled":0,"_featured":0,"_remote_position":0,"_job_salary":"","_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":""},"job-categories":[201,209],"job-types":[2,293],"class_list":["post-134246","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","job-type-full-time","job-type-temp-to-hire"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.6 -
