This role combines advanced litigation support with team coordination, mentoring, and workflow management in a fast-paced legal environment.<\/div>\n<h4>Key Responsibilities<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Coordinate and assign work to paralegals and legal support staff.<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Support all stages of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, trial preparation, arbitration, and appeals.<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Prepare, file, and organize legal documents and court filings.<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Conduct legal and factual research and compile findings for attorney review.<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Review and verify legal citations, authorities, and supporting materials.<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Manage case files, litigation calendars, deadlines, and document workflows.<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Coordinate trial exhibits, transcripts, and hearing materials.<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Communicate with courts, counsel, clients, experts, vendors, and internal teams.<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Mentor and train junior legal support professionals.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Required Qualifications<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">10+ years of paralegal experience.<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\"><em><strong>Blue-book Cite checking<\/strong><\/em><\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Strong knowledge of litigation procedures, discovery, trial preparation, and appellate practice.<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Experience with court filing systems, legal research platforms, and case management tools.<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Proven ability to manage complex, multi-jurisdiction litigation matters.<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Preferred Qualifications<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Trial support experience.<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Experience mentoring or training legal support staff.<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Class Action, Mass Arbitration, or complex litigation, strongly preferred.<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Associate&#8217;s or Bachelor&#8217;s degree.<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Paralegal certificate preferred.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"paragraph-in-scc-markdown-text ___1ngh792 ftgm304 f1iaxwol\"><strong>Compensation:<\/strong> $110,000 &#8211; $160,000, plus bonus eligibility and benefits.
