{"id":134307,"date":"2026-10-12T13:17:10","date_gmt":"2026-10-12T13:17:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/bhsg.com\/jobs\/job\/1457281_1791811030-ground-software-developer-active-ts-sci-required-dulles-virginia\/"},"modified":"2026-10-12T17:17:47","modified_gmt":"2026-10-12T17:17:47","slug":"1457281_1791811030-ground-software-developer-active-ts-sci-required-dulles-virginia","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/bhsg.com\/jobs\/job\/1457281_1791811030-ground-software-developer-active-ts-sci-required-dulles-virginia\/","title":{"rendered":"Ground Software Developer (Active TS\/SCI Required)"},"content":{"rendered":"<h4><strong><a id=\"myCustomID\" href=\"https:\/\/jobs.beaconhillstaffing.com\/jobs\/job\/1457281_1791811030\">To Apply for this Job Click Here<\/a><\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and maintain software applications using C++ and Python in support of critical government programs.<\/li>\n<li>Design, build, test, and deploy software solutions within a cloud-based AWS environment.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with engineering teams in an Agile development environment to deliver high-quality software capabilities.<\/li>\n<li>Support and maintain CI\/CD pipelines to enable continuous integration, testing, and deployment of software releases.<\/li>\n<li>Deploy, troubleshoot, and optimize applications running within Kubernetes environments.<\/li>\n<li>Utilize Jira and other Atlassian tools to track development tasks, defects, and software enhancements.<\/li>\n<li>Integrate and validate software received from flight teams to ensure compatibility with ground-based systems.<\/li>\n<li>Debug, analyze, and resolve software issues across cloud and x86-based platforms while supporting mission-critical operations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Active TS\/SCI Clearance required.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work onsite daily in Dulles, VA.<\/li>\n<li>Mid-Level candidates: 2-4 years of professional software development experience.<\/li>\n<li>Senior candidates: 5+ years of professional software development experience.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 3 years of hands-on programming experience in C++ and Python.<\/li>\n<li>Experience working in Agile software development environments.<\/li>\n<li>Strong experience with DevOps practices and CI\/CD pipelines, including tools such as Jenkins and GitLab.<\/li>\n<li>Experience deploying, managing, and troubleshooting applications in Kubernetes environments;
