The ideal candidate has a strong analytical background and experience working with detailed project or program schedules in a complex, deadline-driven environment.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><strong>Duration<\/strong>: 6-month contract-to-hire<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><strong>Schedule<\/strong>: <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">This position follows a 9\/80 schedule, with nine 9-hour workdays over a two-week period and every other Friday off.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Key Responsibilities<\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Develop, maintain, and support program Integrated Master Schedules (IMS).<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Ensure schedules align with contractual requirements, program objectives, and established scheduling practices.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Develop and maintain schedules covering contract and program work.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Perform critical path analysis, schedule variance analysis, and schedule risk assessments as needed.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Identify potential schedule risks, impacts, and opportunities and communicate findings to program leadership.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Incorporate contractual and program changes into schedules while maintaining accurate and realistic schedule baselines.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Partner with cross-functional teams to gather schedule inputs and ensure dependencies, milestones, and deliverables are accurately reflected.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Analyze schedule data from multiple sources and translate findings into clear, actionable information.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Prepare and present schedule reports and analysis to program stakeholders and senior leadership.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Support schedule management best practices and applicable compliance requirements.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Qualifications<\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Bachelor&#8217;s degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Approximately 5+ years of related experience.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Experience in one or more of the following areas:<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Program or schedule management<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Industrial engineering<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Program or operations management<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Management consulting<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Data analytics<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Finance or other quantitative\/analytical functions<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Experience developing, managing, or analyzing complex project or program schedules.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Proficiency with scheduling software and data-analysis tools.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, lookup functions, and data analysis.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Experience gathering information from multiple sources, analyzing data, and communicating findings.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Experience preparing and presenting schedule reporting to senior leadership.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Knowledge of DCMA scheduling practices and compliance requirements.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Understanding of Master\/Subproject Integrated Master Schedule structures.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Strong communication and interpersonal skills.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across multiple functions.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Preferred Qualifications<\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Advanced degree in Industrial Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\">PMP or similar project\/program management certification.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Experience conducting Schedule Risk Assessments (SRA).<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Experience with Microsoft Project Web Access (PWA) or similar scheduling platforms.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Experience supporting Earned Value (EV)
