This position will support a wide variety of employment-based immigration matters for multinational companies, universities, hospitals, research organizations, and individuals. You&#8217;ll work closely with attorneys and client services team members to prepare filings, communicate with clients, and manage the end-to-end case process.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Sans Serif'; font-size: small;\">KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Sans Serif'; font-size: small;\">Prepare high-quality documentation and filing packages<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Sans Serif'; font-size: small;\">Draft routine petitions, applications, and responses to Requests for Evidence (RFEs)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Sans Serif'; font-size: small;\">Maintain case templates and contribute to the drafting of more complex filings with attorney oversight<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Sans Serif'; font-size: small;\">Communicate with clients regarding routine and case-specific matters<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Sans Serif'; font-size: small;\">Track deadlines, organize documents, and ensure timely filings<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Sans Serif'; font-size: small;\">Conduct legal research and manage client correspondence<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Sans Serif'; font-size: small;\">Mentor junior paralegals<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Sans Serif'; font-size: small;\">REQUIREMENTS<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Sans Serif'; font-size: small;\">2+ years of employment-based immigration experience (e.g., H-1B, L-1, O-1, PERM)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Sans Serif'; font-size: small;\">Bachelor&#8217;s degree with strong academic credentials<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Sans Serif'; font-size: small;\">Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, Planner)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Sans Serif'; font-size: small;\">Strong legal writing and drafting skills<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Sans Serif'; font-size: small;\">Experience managing multiple case deadlines and working in a document-heavy environment<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Sans Serif'; font-size: small;\">Comfort working both independently and as part of a team<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Sans Serif'; font-size: small;\">Professional and effective communication with clients and attorneys<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Sans Serif';
