Senior Financial Analyst – Investment Manager<\/strong><\/p>\n

A leading investment management firm is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join its Financial Planning & Analysis team. This individual will play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and strategic financial analysis while partnering closely with senior business leaders across the organization.<\/p>\n

This position offers excellent visibility across the business and is well-suited for professionals looking to leverage a foundation in public accounting, corporate finance, FP&A, or accounting into a broader finance role within a dynamic investment management environment.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n

* Support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and periodic reforecasting processes<\/p>\n

* Analyze business performance and provide meaningful variance and trend analysis<\/p>\n

* Prepare reporting packages and financial presentations for senior leadership<\/p>\n

* Assist with long-term strategic planning and financial modeling initiatives<\/p>\n

* Partner with accounting, finance, and business leaders to evaluate financial results and key business drivers<\/p>\n

* Support month-end and quarter-end reporting activities<\/p>\n

* Participate in special projects, process improvements, and ad hoc financial analyses<\/p>\n

* Identify risks, opportunities, and key insights to support decision-making<\/p>\n

Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n

* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field<\/p>\n

* 2+ years of relevant experience in FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, audit, or financial analysis<\/p>\n
