HR Coordinator to support payroll administration, human resources operations, employee relations, compliance, and general office administration.<\/p>\n<h2>Position Details<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Job Type:<\/strong> Contract-to-Hire<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pay Rate:<\/strong> $26.44 &#8211; $36.06\/hour<\/li>\n<li><strong>Schedule:<\/strong> Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM &#8211; 5:00 PM<\/li>\n<li><strong>Work Arrangement:<\/strong> Fully Onsite<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Key Responsibilities<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Process biweekly payroll and maintain payroll records<\/li>\n<li>Track employee time, attendance, and labor allocations<\/li>\n<li>Administer employee onboarding and new hire documentation<\/li>\n<li>Maintain employee personnel files and HR records<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate recruiting activities, candidate screening, and interview scheduling<\/li>\n<li>Administer employee benefits, including medical, dental, vision, retirement, and HSA programs<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate benefit enrollments, changes, and terminations<\/li>\n<li>Support employee relations and HR compliance initiatives<\/li>\n<li>Maintain workers&#8217; compensation records and workplace incident documentation<\/li>\n<li>Schedule and coordinate drug testing and workplace safety programs<\/li>\n<li>Process quarterly payroll tax reporting and year-end payroll requirements<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and distribute W-2s and 1099s<\/li>\n<li>Maintain commission, benefits, and payroll-related spreadsheets<\/li>\n<li>Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities<\/li>\n<li>Reconcile bank statements and support general accounting functions<\/li>\n<li>Process inventory adjustments and administrative reporting<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate office administration and special employee events<\/li>\n<li>Serve as a key resource for employees regarding payroll, benefits, and HR questions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Systems &amp;
