This role is ideal for a detail-oriented legal professional who can manage competing priorities, communicate professionally with clients and internal teams, and support complex matters with accuracy, discretion, and sound judgment.<\/h1>\n<h2>Key Responsibilities<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide substantive paralegal support for estate planning, trust administration, probate administration, related transactions, and corporate compliance matters.<\/li>\n<li>Draft, revise, proofread, and organize legal documents, correspondence, pleadings, forms, reports, and matter materials in accordance with attorney direction and firm standards.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct factual and legal research, manage case and matter files, track deadlines, maintain calendars, and support timely completion of attorney and client needs.<\/li>\n<li>Communicate professionally with attorneys, clients, courts, opposing counsel, and internal staff while maintaining confidentiality and high-quality client service.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Requirements<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Associate degree and at least 3 years of paralegal experience in estate planning, probate administration, and trust administration; equivalent education and experience may be considered.<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of legal terminology, procedures, document management, legal research, and law firm workflows, particularly in trusts and estates.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office, legal research platforms such as Westlaw or similar tools, and electronic document management systems;
