The assignment is expected to last approximately <strong>2 months<\/strong>, working <strong>20 hours per week<\/strong>, ideally <strong>Monday, Wednesday, and Friday<\/strong>, with the possibility of slightly increased hours in November. <strong>Pay: $20-$23\/hour.<\/strong> The team is looking to interview quickly and have the selected candidate start within the next one to two weeks.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide project-based administrative support to the staffing team<\/li>\n<li>Work within <strong>SAP<\/strong> to maintain accurate staffing information<\/li>\n<li>Create projects and assign\/tag consultants to projects, cases, proposals, and other needs<\/li>\n<li>Review and approve consultant vacation\/PTO requests<\/li>\n<li>Update staffing and utilization information accurately<\/li>\n<li>Assist with staff changes, mobility, transfers, and leaves as needed<\/li>\n<li>Support staffing reports, utilization reporting, and other ad hoc projects<\/li>\n<li>Perform data entry with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with staffing team members and other internal stakeholders<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Candidate Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree preferred based on the full-time position profile<\/li>\n<li>Prior administrative or business-setting experience preferred<\/li>\n<li><strong>SAP experience is a plus but not required<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Comfortable learning and working in new systems<\/li>\n<li>Strong attention to detail and accurate data-entry skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong written and verbal communication<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organizational and prioritization skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, professional environment<\/li>\n<li>Collaborative, service-oriented approach<\/li>\n<li>Experience within professional services is a plus<\/li>\n<li>Must currently be eligible to work in the United States<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work approximately <strong>20 hours per week<\/strong>, ideally Monday, Wednesday, and Friday<\/li>\n<li>Ability to attend <strong>onsite training during the first week<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Qualified candidates encouraged to apply for immediate consideration.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/counter.adcourier.com\/YmF0LjY1NzIyLjEyNTg0QGJlYWNvbmhpbGwuYXBsaXRyYWsuY29t.gif\"><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">A1476813HN_1791989294<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><strong><a id=\"otherId\" href=\"https:\/\/jobs.beaconhillstaffing.com\/jobs\/job\/A1476813HN_1791989294\">To Apply for this Job Click Here<\/a><\/strong><\/h4>\n","protected":false},"author":0,"featured_media":3770,"template":"","meta":{"_relevanssi_hide_post":"","_relevanssi_hide_content":"","_relevanssi_pin_for_all":"","_relevanssi_pin_keywords":"","_relevanssi_unpin_keywords":"","_relevanssi_related_keywords":"","_relevanssi_related_include_ids":"","_relevanssi_related_exclude_ids":"","_relevanssi_related_no_append":"","_relevanssi_related_not_related":"","_relevanssi_related_posts":"","_relevanssi_noindex_reason":"","inline_featured_image":false,"_promoted":"","_job_location":"Boston, Massachusetts","_application":"bat.65722.12584@beaconhill.aplitrak.com","_company_name":"Beacon Hill Staffing Group","_company_website":"","_company_tagline":"","_company_twitter":"","_company_video":"","_filled":0,"_featured":0,"_remote_position":0,"_job_salary":"","_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":""},"job-categories":[171,172],"job-types":[2,3],"class_list":["post-134488","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","job-type-full-time","job-type-part-time"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.7 -
