This role will partner closely with project management, business stakeholders, and technology teams to gather requirements, analyze processes and data, define solutions, and support projects through testing and implementation.<\/p>\n<p>The ideal candidate brings strong Business Analysis fundamentals along with experience in <strong>Agile environments, data analysis, Excel, and banking\/payments<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3>Key Responsibilities<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and meetings.<\/li>\n<li>Analyze current business processes and develop <strong>process maps, workflow diagrams, flowcharts, and supporting documentation<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Partner with business and technology stakeholders to identify solution options and evaluate feasibility.<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate communication and collaboration across business, technology, and project teams throughout the project lifecycle.<\/li>\n<li>Support <strong>Agile\/Scrum activities<\/strong>, including user story creation, backlog refinement, requirements clarification, and collaboration with development teams.<\/li>\n<li>Analyze data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities that support business decision-making.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with project planning, testing, implementation, and delivery activities.<\/li>\n<li>Help ensure business requirements remain aligned with technical solutions and overall project objectives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Required Qualifications<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>5-7 years of Business Analyst experience<\/strong>, including requirements gathering, documentation, process mapping, and stakeholder management.<\/li>\n<li>Experience working in <strong>Agile\/Scrum environments<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Strong experience creating <strong>user stories and supporting backlog refinement<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Strong data analysis skills with the ability to identify trends and translate findings into actionable business insights.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Advanced Microsoft Excel skills<\/strong>, including pivot tables, reporting, data manipulation, and analysis of large data sets.<\/li>\n<li>Experience facilitating requirements-gathering workshops, stakeholder interviews, and business meetings.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to create detailed process flows, workflow diagrams, and business process documentation.<\/li>\n<li>Experience partnering with both business and technology stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Experience supporting testing, implementation, and overall project delivery.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Preferred Experience<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Previous experience within <strong>banking, financial services, payments, or money movement<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with consumer payment journeys and customer experience.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of payment types and platforms such as:\n<ul>\n<li>ACH payments<\/li>\n<li>Real-Time Payments (RTP)<\/li>\n<li>Account-to-account \/ Me-to-Me transfers<\/li>\n<li>Person-to-person \/ Me-to-You transfers<\/li>\n<li>Digital payments and money movement<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with <strong>mobile and online banking platforms<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Strong technical aptitude and experience supporting technology-focused initiatives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Location \/ Work Environment<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Charlotte, NC strongly preferred.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Hybrid schedule with approximately <strong>3-4 days per
