Contract HR Generalist<\/h2>\n

Work Arrangement:<\/strong> Full-time onsite, 5 days per week
Schedule:<\/strong> Monday-Friday, regular business hours
Employment Type:<\/strong> 5-month contract with potential for extension
Compensation:<\/strong> $40-$50\/hour, depending on previous experience<\/p>\n

Position Summary<\/h3>\n

Beacon Hill’s client is seeking a Contract HR Generalist to provide hands-on HR support to supervisors and employees within a fast-paced operations environment. This position will serve as a trusted HR partner, supporting approximately 500 employees across areas such as employee relations, leave administration, performance management, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR operations.<\/p>\n

The ideal candidate brings 3-5 years of HR experience, a strong foundation in employee relations, and the ability to build effective relationships with employees and leadership. This is a highly visible role that requires a proactive, positive approach and someone who is comfortable jumping in, navigating changing priorities, and supporting the needs of the business.<\/p>\n
