Breakfast and lunch provided daily onsite.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Start:<\/strong> ASAP<\/li>\n<li><strong>Duration: <\/strong>Approximately five to six months, with potential to extend or convert to permanent employment<\/li>\n<li><strong>Hours:<\/strong> 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pay:<\/strong> $50-$85\/hour, based on experience and alignment with the responsibilities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong corporate paralegal experience, particularly in entity management, governance, and transactional support<\/li>\n<li>Investment management, hedge fund, private capital, or related financial services experience strongly preferred<\/li>\n<li>Senior-level corporate paralegal experience is ideal, but candidates with fewer years and directly relevant skills are encouraged to apply<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with fund structures and operations;
