This contract opportunity is ideal for candidates with strong customer service experience, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The role focuses on shipment coordination, order management, carrier communication, appointment scheduling, shipment tracking, and data accuracy.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">Position Details<\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\"><strong>Pay Rate:<\/strong> $19 &#8211; $20.00\/hour<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\"><strong>Schedule:<\/strong> Monday-Friday<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\"><strong>Work Arrangement:<\/strong> Onsite<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\"><strong>Start Date:<\/strong> Immediately<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">Key Responsibilities<\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">Create and manage shipment orders and transportation records<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">Activate shipments and build loads within company systems<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">Assign loads and coordinate pickup and delivery appointments<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">Track and trace shipments to ensure timely movement<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">Enter shipment events, updates, and invoicing information accurately<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">Monitor task boards and shared email inboxes for customer and carrier requests<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">Respond to transportation inquiries with professionalism and urgency<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">Follow established standard operating procedures (SOPs) and escalation processes<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">Maintain accurate load and shipment data across multiple systems<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">Resolve issues and escalate complex situations as needed<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">Support customers and carrier partners to ensure service satisfaction<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">Assist with additional operational and administrative duties as assigned<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">Systems &amp;
