This role combines team leadership, program oversight, staff development, and continuous improvement, with a strong focus on person-centered, trauma-informed, and evidence-based services.<\/p>\n<h2>Key Responsibilities<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Supervise a team of case management professionals providing housing stabilization and supportive services.<\/li>\n<li>Provide ongoing coaching, training, performance support, and regular supervision to support staff development.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure services are delivered using person-centered, trauma-informed, and evidence-based practices.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor program operations, documentation, and service quality for alignment with organizational and funding requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and improve workflows, processes, and systems to strengthen service effectiveness and client outcomes.<\/li>\n<li>Review client service plans, case documentation, and program metrics to support quality outcomes and continuous improvement.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with internal teams and external community partners to strengthen service coordination and access to resources.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with program implementation, policy adherence, and operational planning.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Qualifications<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field required.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of <strong>3 years of supervisory or team leadership experience<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of <strong>5 years of experience<\/strong> supporting individuals experiencing housing instability, behavioral health challenges, substance use concerns, or other complex social service needs.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of evidence-based and person-centered service models, including:\n<ul>\n<li>Harm reduction<\/li>\n<li>Motivational interviewing<\/li>\n<li>Trauma-informed practices<\/li>\n<li>Housing-focused interventions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Schedule &amp;
