This individual will be responsible for processing payroll accurately and efficiently across multiple states while ensuring compliance with company policies and federal, state, and local regulations. margin-top: 0in; margin-bottom: 0in;\" type=\"disc\">\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;\">Process weekly, biweekly, or semi-monthly payroll for employees across multiple states<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;\">Ensure accurate calculation of wages, overtime, bonuses, commissions, and deductions<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;\">Maintain and update employee payroll records including earnings, taxes, and benefits<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;\">Review and audit timesheets to ensure accuracy and proper approvals<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; font-size: 11.0pt;\">, particularly for multi-state employees<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;\">Process payroll adjustments including retro pay, corrections, and off-cycle payments<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;\">Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll, taxes, and deductions<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;\">Prepare payroll reports and assist with reconciliations for the accounting team<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;\">Experience processing multi-state payroll preferred<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;\">Experience with payroll systems such as ADP, Paychex, UKG, or similar platforms<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0;
