The firm is seeking a seasoned litigator who can independently manage litigation matters, draft pleadings and motions, handle discovery, and represent clients in court when needed. The practice includes a broad range of matters, including nursing home law, healthcare law, elder law, business disputes, real estate matters, homeowner association issues, collections, contracts, and related civil litigation matters.<\/p>\n<h2>Key Responsibilities<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage civil litigation matters from initial case assessment through resolution.<\/li>\n<li>Draft and respond to pleadings, motions, and other litigation-related filings.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare, answer, and manage written discovery, including interrogatories, requests for production, and requests for admission.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct legal research and prepare litigation strategy recommendations.<\/li>\n<li>Attend court appearances, hearings, conferences, mediations, and other proceedings as required.<\/li>\n<li>Negotiate settlements and assist clients in resolving disputes efficiently.<\/li>\n<li>Advise clients on legal issues, risk management, and business transactions.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain compliance with court rules, legal standards, and professional obligations.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with attorneys, staff, and clients to ensure effective case management and client service.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Qualifications<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>J.D. from an accredited law school.<\/li>\n<li>Active New Jersey bar admission required;
