This is not introductory software training. Consultants will combine discovery, curriculum development, hands-on technical expertise, and training delivery.<br \/>Opportunities are available across three specialty areas:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Claude Advanced \/ Claude Code<\/li>\n<li>Microsoft Copilot Studio<\/li>\n<li>Microsoft Power Automate<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Candidates may specialize in one area or have experience across multiple technologies.<br \/>Engagement Structure<\/p>\n<p>The consultant will work remotely on a flexible, part-time basis.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities may include:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Meeting with stakeholders and AI power users to understand needs and use cases<\/li>\n<li>Assessing skill levels and identifying practical applications<\/li>\n<li>Developing customized training, presentations, demonstrations, or workshop materials<\/li>\n<li>Delivering approximately 1-3 remote training\/workshop sessions<\/li>\n<li>Providing practical guidance based on real-world implementation experience<\/li>\n<li>The engagement is designed to fit around an existing full-time role, with approximately 10-15 hours per training area spread flexibly over several weeks or months.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Claude Advanced Trainer \/ Consultant<\/strong><br \/>We are seeking an experienced Claude practitioner who can help advanced AI users move beyond basic prompting into more sophisticated applications.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities &amp; Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead discovery discussions and assess advanced Claude use cases<\/li>\n<li>Develop and deliver customized advanced training<\/li>\n<li>Provide guidance on Claude Code, workflows, and business applications<\/li>\n<li>Help users incorporate Claude into more sophisticated business processes<\/li>\n<li>Advanced hands-on Claude and Claude Code experience<\/li>\n<li>Experience with enterprise AI use cases, training, consulting, or facilitation<\/li>\n<li>Ability to train users across business functions including HR, legal, marketing, learning, and IT<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Copilot Studio Trainer \/ Consultant<\/strong><br \/>We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Copilot Studio practitioner who can train advanced users to build, configure, deploy, and manage enterprise AI agents.<br \/>Responsibilities &amp; Qualifications:<br \/>Lead discovery sessions to identify potential agent use cases<br \/>Explain Copilot Studio architecture, agents, triggers, and integrations<br \/>Teach users how to build, configure, deploy, and manage agents<br \/>Facilitate hands-on agent-building workshops<br \/>Develop training based on practical organizational use cases<br \/>Strong hands-on Copilot Studio and AI agent development experience<br \/>Ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences<br \/>Training, consulting, facilitation, or advisory experience<\/p>\n<p><strong>Power Automate Trainer \/ Business Analyst Consultant<\/strong><br \/>We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Power Automate practitioner who combines technical automation expertise with business analysis and training capabilities.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities &amp; Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Facilitate process discovery and requirements-gathering discussions<\/li>\n<li>Assess business processes and identify automation opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Translate business requirements into Power Automate solutions<\/li>\n<li>Develop and deliver customized training and workshops<\/li>\n<li>Teach users how to design and build effective workflows<\/li>\n<li>Advanced hands-on Power Automate experience<\/li>\n<li>Business analysis, process improvement, or workflow assessment experience<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on automation implementation and training experience<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Ideal Candidate<\/strong><br \/>The strongest candidates are practitioners who train, rather than trainers who only deliver prepared materials.
