This role is responsible for managing front desk operations, providing exceptional customer service, handling incoming communications, and supporting administrative functions across multiple departments. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced office environment.<\/p>\n<h2>Key Responsibilities<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Greet visitors and guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression.<\/li>\n<li>Manage incoming phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments or team members.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain visitor sign-in procedures and assist guests with any needs during their visit.<\/li>\n<li>Answer general company questions and provide information in a courteous and professional manner.<\/li>\n<li>Keep the reception area, lobby, and common spaces clean, organized, and welcoming.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and replenish coffee, water, and other lobby refreshments and supplies.<\/li>\n<li>Order and maintain office and reception supplies as needed.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with conference room setups, meetings, and catered lunches.<\/li>\n<li>Update and maintain policies, procedures, and process documentation.<\/li>\n<li>Support communication of updated processes and procedures across teams.<\/li>\n<li>Provide administrative support for special projects and department initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with mailroom responsibilities, including sorting mail, invoices, and packages, and provide coverage during team absences.<\/li>\n<li>Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Qualifications<\/h2>\n<h3>Preferred Qualifications<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, administrative assistant, or customer service role.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks in a dynamic office environment.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and general office technology.<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable handling phones, visitor management, and administrative processes.<\/li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.<\/li>\n<li>Commitment to creating a professional, welcoming, and inclusive workplace environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Why Join Us?<\/h2>\n<p>This is an excellent opportunity for an administrative professional looking to grow their career within a stable organization.
