Schedule is Monday &#8211; Friday onsite, 8am-4pm. The position starts late October 2026 through Friday, March 12<sup>th<\/sup>, 2027. School will be closed for winter break from December 21 &#8211; January 1, 2027 (unpaid time off). Temp rate is $25-$30\/hour depending on experience.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Greets all individuals entering the building respectfully and professionally; monitors visitor access<\/li>\n<li>Answers phone calls and email correspondence in a pleasant, professional, and informed manner; provides information to the callers, screening\/forwarding calls to the appropriate individuals<\/li>\n<li>Manages calendars, including the scheduling of meetings, appointments and events<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the living room and lobby areas are clean, organized, and appropriately set up to provide a positive experience for parents and visitors<\/li>\n<li>Assist with any events including setups, name tags, email communication<\/li>\n<li>Coordinates Admission related events including but not limited to the tour guide meet &amp; greet, open houses, new parent receptions, revisits, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Facilitates internal communication (e.g., distributing materials, scheduling events, creating flyers, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Monitors admissions inbox serving as first point of contact with prospective families<\/li>\n<li>Provides admissions office support including but not limited to: managing team lunches, monitor daily coffee setup, submitting maintenance requests, ordering and assembling office furniture, processes office mailings, stocking office snack areas, and maintaining a tidy and professional space at the front desk and first floor reception area at all times<\/li>\n<li>Creates regular reports, updates databases, and maintains departmental files<\/li>\n<li>Additional responsibilities as assigned by the Director of Admission &amp; Enrollment Management and\/or Head of School.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Skills:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven work experience as a receptionist, Admin, or similar role<\/li>\n<li>Solid experience with office systems &#8211;
