This individual will develop, and manage high-impact collaborations with media organizations, publishers, and brand partners to support growth objectives. <\/p>\n<p>This role requires creative thinking, strong analytical skills, and expertise in relationship management, media strategy, campaign execution, and performance analysis. It also includes reviewing media rates, added-value opportunities, and campaign deliverables to help maximize ROI.<\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Primary Functions: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Partnership Strategy &amp; Development <\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Evaluate new media partnership opportunities aligned with target audience and growth goals <\/li>\n<li>Develop strategic recommendations for upper-funnel and performance-driven campaigns <\/li>\n<li>Partner with the Co-op Marketing team to identify, recommend, and support media opportunities <\/li>\n<li>Negotiate media rates, added value opportunities, and campaign deliverables to maximize ROI <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Campaign Management &amp; Execution<\/span> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead end-to-end execution of integrated campaigns across channels including digital, audio, print, TV <\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with internal teams (creative, brand, digital, project management) to ensure seamless campaign activation <\/li>\n<li>Manage timelines, deliverables, and partner communication to ensure campaigns launch on schedule <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Relationship Management <\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Serve as the primary point of contact for key media partners <\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships that lead to repeat business and incremental opportunities <\/li>\n<li>Participate in regular check-ins, planning sessions, and post-campaign reviews with partners <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Performance Tracking &amp; Optimization<\/span> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on learnings <\/li>\n<li>Translate data into clear, actionable insights for internal stakeholders and leadership <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Budget &amp; Reporting<\/span> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Track and report on monthly campaign performance, KPIs, and ROI <\/li>\n<li>Prepare presentations and summaries for leadership and cross-functional teams <\/li>\n<li>Review, process, and track partner invoices to ensure accuracy, timely payment, and alignment with contracted terms <\/li>\n<li>Provide regular reporting and performance insights for Co-op marketing initiatives, helping stakeholders understand campaign effectiveness and optimize future opportunities <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Knowledge &amp; Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3- 5+ years proven experience in media or marketing partners management.<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of travel industry dynamics and stakeholder engagement preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with digital media, social platforms, and analytics tools.<\/li>\n<li>Strategic thinker with strong leadership and collaboration skills. <\/li>\n<li>Degree preferred;
