Required Skills:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

10+ years of full-stack software engineering experience, including frontend and backend development, technical leadership, architecture ownership, and cross-team influence.<\/p>\n

Expertise in modern frontend technologies, including React, Next.js, micro frontends, SPAs, component-driven design, frontend performance optimization, Design Systems, and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), including headless\/headful implementations and integrations.<\/p>\n

Hands-on experience building and deploying production-grade agentic AI solutions, including autonomous agents, multi-agent frameworks, reasoning workflows, and RAG architectures from proof of concept through enterprise-scale deployment.<\/p>\n

Strong backend and platform engineering experience with Node.js, Fastify, GraphQL, Java services, Redis, MongoDB, API performance optimization, AWS, Kubernetes, containerization, and GitHub Actions CI\/CD pipelines.<\/p>\n

Deep understanding of DevSecOps, SOX compliance, and security best practices, with the ability to clearly communicate technical strategy, architectural decisions, and trade-offs to both technical and business stakeholders. <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Desired Skills: <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Experience within the hospitality industry.<\/p>\n

Experience leveraging AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and LLM-driven workflows, with a strong interest in advancing AI adoption across engineering teams.<\/p>\n

Proven experience integrating AI\/ML models into applications, from initial proof of concept through production deployment.<\/p>\n

Background supporting high-volume digital environments, including ecommerce, travel, or other transaction-intensive platforms.<\/p>\n

Experience leading large-scale Developer Experience (DevEx) initiatives to improve engineering productivity, workflows, and tooling.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
