This role will manage complex scheduling and travel, conduct research, support special projects, and partner closely with an established administrative team. The ideal candidate has previous experience supporting senior executives, founders, or principals and brings exceptional organization, discretion, technology skills, and sound judgment.<\/p>\n<p>Position Details:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Location: Palm Beach, FL<\/li>\n<li>Work Model: In-Office<\/li>\n<li>Degree: Not Required<\/li>\n<li>Responsibilities include managing complex calendars, meetings, conference calls, and evolving priorities; coordinating business and personal travel logistics and detailed itineraries; conducting research and supporting special projects using AI and technology tools to synthesize information and improve efficiency; organizing correspondence, email, documentation, and confidential information; communicating professionally with senior executives, business contacts, and personal associates; partnering with the senior Executive Assistant and broader administrative team to ensure seamless coverage and execution; anticipating needs, resolving issues, and taking ownership of additional business and personal requests as they arise.<\/li>\n<li>The ideal candidate possesses previous Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or blended EA\/PA experience supporting senior-level leaders; strong calendar management, travel coordination, research, and organizational skills; high proficiency with technology and AI tools for executive-level research, projects, and productivity; polished written and verbal communication skills with the discretion to handle highly confidential matters;
