We are looking for a sharp,<strong> hands-on Senior Accountant<\/strong> to join a <strong>well-established company<\/strong> on a temporary engagement. You will <strong>take ownership of meaningful accounting work<\/strong> while partnering directly with a<strong> supportive, down-to-earth leader<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>As the <strong>Senior Accountant<\/strong>, you will:<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Own complex account and intercompany reconciliations<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Research discrepancies<\/strong> and work through issues to resolution<\/li>\n<li>Organize and analyze transaction activity in<strong> Excel<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Partner with accounting contacts to gather information and <strong>correct differences<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Support <strong>year-end preparation<\/strong> and other accounting priorities<\/li>\n<li>Take on additional reconciliation and <strong>special projects<\/strong> as needed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This is a role for someone who enjoys <strong>getting into the details<\/strong> and figuring out why something does not balance. You will be trusted to <strong>work independently<\/strong>, recognize when something does not look right, and bring forward <strong>thoughtful questions and findings<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>To be considered for this <strong>Senior Accountant<\/strong> opportunity, you should have:<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>3+ years of hands-on general accounting experience<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Strong reconciliation experience<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>A <strong>BA\/BS in Accounting<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Intermediate or stronger Excel skills<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>The ability to <strong>work independently without significant handholding<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If <strong>complex reconciliations are one of your strengths<\/strong> and you are available to get started soon, <strong>apply today<\/strong>.
