This role will partner with business and technical teams to gather requirements, analyze processes, and deliver scalable technology solutions. The ideal candidate is a strong techno-functional analyst with experience documenting requirements, managing stakeholders, and working within complex healthcare environments.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Position Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements<\/li>\n<li>Write detailed functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and specifications<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to deliver solutions<\/li>\n<li>Perform data analysis and support testing activities throughout the SDLC<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate stakeholder discussions and drive requirements to completion<\/li>\n<li>Support project delivery across Agile and Waterfall environments<\/li>\n<li>Identify process improvements and operational efficiencies<\/li>\n<li>Assist with issue analysis, root cause investigation, and solution implementation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Required Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>Senior-level Business Systems Analyst experience<\/li>\n<li>Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills<\/li>\n<li>Experience writing business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories<\/li>\n<li>Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong SQL and data analysis experience<\/li>\n<li>Agile and Waterfall methodology experience<\/li>\n<li>Self-directed and capable of working independently<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills<\/li>\n<li>Must have strong knowledge of Healthcare Processes &#8211;
