This 6-month contract opportunity offers $30-$33\/hour with the possibility of extension. The position is 20-25 hours per week, approximately 5 hours per day, with typical hours of 9:00 AM-1:00 PM or 10:00 AM-2:00 PM. The role will begin onsite and transition to a hybrid schedule of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote. This position will support recruiting coordination, onboarding\/offboarding, employee communications, and culture and engagement initiatives in a fast-paced environment.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinate and manage interview schedules for virtual, internal, and external candidates.<\/li>\n<li>Arrange candidate and employee travel, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, and meals as needed.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and maintain candidate and HR documentation, including CDAs, resumes, job descriptions, and interview schedules.<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate new-hire onboarding and orientation, ensuring required paperwork and scheduling are completed accurately and on time.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate new-hire introductions and help employees become familiar with company policies, procedures, culture, and key team members.<\/li>\n<li>Assist the HR Generalist with onboarding and offboarding activities.<\/li>\n<li>Create and update PowerPoint presentations and other HR-related materials.<\/li>\n<li>Support internal communications, including company emails, digital displays, Teams birthday and anniversary announcements, new-hire introductions, and HR mailbox communications.<\/li>\n<li>Help plan and execute employee engagement and culture initiatives, including happy hours, company events, leadership lunches, recognition programs, wellness activities, and other events.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with vendors and venues and assist with event budgets and logistics.<\/li>\n<li>Help foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging employee experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Candidate Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prior experience in HR, People Operations, recruiting coordination, administrative support, or a related area preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Travel coordination experience required, including arranging flights, hotels, and ground transportation.<\/li>\n<li>Strong scheduling and calendar-management skills, particularly for coordinating multiple interview schedules.<\/li>\n<li>Tech-savvy and comfortable learning and working across multiple systems and platforms.<\/li>\n<li>Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, including experience creating PowerPoint presentations.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.<\/li>\n<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional, service-oriented approach.<\/li>\n<li>Experience supporting onboarding, offboarding, employee communications, or company events is preferred.<\/li>\n<li>CRM experience is a plus.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment and onsite in Watertown as required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualified candidates encouraged to apply for immediate consideration.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/counter.adcourier.com\/YmF0LjI5MDE5LjEyNTg0QGJlYWNvbmhpbGwuYXBsaXRyYWsuY29t.gif\"><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">A1478738SO_1792591105<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><strong><a id=\"otherId\" href=\"https:\/\/jobs.beaconhillstaffing.com\/jobs\/job\/A1478738SO_1792591105\">To Apply for this Job Click Here<\/a><\/strong><\/h4>\n","protected":false},"author":0,"featured_media":3770,"template":"","meta":{"_relevanssi_hide_post":"","_relevanssi_hide_content":"","_relevanssi_pin_for_all":"","_relevanssi_pin_keywords":"","_relevanssi_unpin_keywords":"","_relevanssi_related_keywords":"","_relevanssi_related_include_ids":"","_relevanssi_related_exclude_ids":"","_relevanssi_related_no_append":"","_relevanssi_related_not_related":"","_relevanssi_related_posts":"","_relevanssi_noindex_reason":"","inline_featured_image":false,"_promoted":"","_job_location":"Watertown, Massachusetts","_application":"bat.29019.12584@beaconhill.aplitrak.com","_company_name":"Beacon Hill Staffing Group","_company_website":"","_company_tagline":"","_company_twitter":"","_company_video":"","_filled":0,"_featured":0,"_remote_position":0,"_job_salary":"","_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":""},"job-categories":[171,172],"job-types":[3,16],"class_list":["post-134850","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","job-type-part-time","job-type-temporary-contract"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.7 -
