This role is ideal for an experienced training and development professional who enjoys creating engaging learning programs, partnering with business leaders, and supporting talent development initiatives across the organization.<\/p>\n<p>The Learning &amp; Development Specialist will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs, creating instructional materials, supporting talent management initiatives, and helping employees build the skills needed for success and career growth.<\/p>\n<h3>Key Responsibilities<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Design, develop, and maintain training materials including e-learning modules, facilitator guides, job aids, and user guides.<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate virtual and instructor-led training sessions on topics such as leadership development, performance management, and employee development planning.<\/li>\n<li>Support talent management initiatives including performance management, succession planning, and talent review programs.<\/li>\n<li>Partner with business leaders and subject matter experts to identify learning needs and develop effective training solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Track program participation, manage enrollments, and maintain training records and reporting.<\/li>\n<li>Translate complex or technical information into engaging and easy-to-understand learning content.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with Learning Management System (LMS) administration and training program coordination.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field, or equivalent experience.<\/li>\n<li>3-5 years of experience in Learning &amp;
