STAFF ACCOUNTANT<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Essential Duties and Responsibilities<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Process banking files with the company’s bank<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Review, audit and execute Accounts Payable<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Setup billing process for new clients<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Review and manage the Accounts Receivable process on an ongoing basis<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Process and track all financial data within QuickBooks Online<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Reconcile current bank accounts<\/p>\n

Qualification Requirements:<\/p>\n

Skills<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Minimum of 3 years experience in accounting, billing operations, or finance<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Experience with ACH processing is preferred<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is preferred<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Experience with TPA systems<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Strong understanding of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes<\/p>\n

\u00b7 High attention to detail and strong reconciliation skills<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Ability to manage confidential financial information<\/p>\n
