This includes all title related work including performing full title searches and title updates, issuing reports, title commitments, proforma policies and preparing preliminary drafts of conveyancing documents and closing documents, including settlement statements and real estate transfer tax forms, for review by an attorney along with other tasks as assigned.<\/p>\n<p><strong> Must Haves:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>5+ years&#8217;
