This individual will partner with employees and leadership to support day-to-day HR operations, including recruiting, employee relations, payroll and HR data administration, compliance, training and development, compensation, and performance management.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>About the Job:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, applicant tracking, screenings, offer preparation, and onboarding.<\/li>\n<li>Provide guidance to employees and managers regarding employee relations, performance management, leave administration, workplace concerns, and HR policies and procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Support payroll and timekeeping administration, including reviewing information, resolving discrepancies, and coordinating with payroll functions.<\/li>\n<li>Help ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations and support HR audits, reporting, policy administration, and related compliance initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate new hire orientations, exit interviews, employee training, and other programs supporting employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with compensation activities, including market research, salary administration, job documentation, and maintenance of compensation programs.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and analyze HR reports, metrics, and workforce data to support business and HR initiatives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>About You<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.<\/li>\n<li>5+ years of progressive human resources experience, with 2+ years in a generalist level or above.<\/li>\n<li>PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification is a plus.<\/li>\n<li>Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to work effectively with employees and leadership at all levels.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency with HRIS and applicant tracking systems as well as Microsoft Office.<\/li>\n<li>Experience working in a professional or corporate environment is a plus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This <strong>contract-to-hire <\/strong>opportunity is best suited for an HR professional with <strong>5+ years of progressive experience, and 2+ years at a generalist level or above. <\/strong>This role offers up to <strong>$90,000 <\/strong>once brought on permanently commisserate with experience, with a comparable hourly rate under contract.
