This role pays $21.50\/hr, works Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM for 40 hours per week, and is expected to run approximately 3 months with strong potential to extend an additional 3 months. Qualified and interested candidates are encouraged to apply today for immediate consideration.<\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinate and schedule high-volume interviews for internal and external candidates based on hiring-team availability.<\/li>\n<li>Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and administrative staff to coordinate calendars and scheduling needs.<\/li>\n<li>Greet visitors and new hires, providing a professional, welcoming first impression.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor shared email inboxes and respond to or route scheduling-related requests.<\/li>\n<li>Support interview scheduling for mid-level roles and coordinate manager availability.<\/li>\n<li>Provide additional support across Talent Acquisition initiatives as needed.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the scheduling process.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Candidate Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>At least 1 year of related work experience required.<\/li>\n<li>Prior experience coordinating and scheduling appointments, interviews, meetings, or similar activities required.<\/li>\n<li>High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple scheduling requests and deadlines.<\/li>\n<li>Highly detail-oriented and comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with changing priorities.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Professional demeanor and strong customer service skills when interacting with candidates, visitors, and internal stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Basic Microsoft Excel skills, including spreadsheet navigation and data formatting, required.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with Microsoft Outlook preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with Workday or another applicant tracking\/HCM system is a plus.<\/li>\n<li>Experience working in a corporate or professional office environment preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Experience within a large, complex organization preferred.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em> <\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Beacon Hill offers a robust benefit package including, but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, and federal and state leave programs as required by applicable agency regulations to those that meet eligibility.
