{"id":135022,"date":"2026-10-23T17:14:17","date_gmt":"2026-10-23T17:14:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/bhsg.com\/jobs\/job\/1479071_1792775656-software-development-manager-princeton-new-jersey\/"},"modified":"2026-10-23T18:45:23","modified_gmt":"2026-10-23T18:45:23","slug":"1479071_1792775656-software-development-manager-princeton-new-jersey","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/bhsg.com\/jobs\/job\/1479071_1792775656-software-development-manager-princeton-new-jersey\/","title":{"rendered":"Software Development Manager"},"content":{"rendered":"<h4><strong><a id=\"myCustomID\" href=\"https:\/\/jobs.beaconhillstaffing.com\/jobs\/job\/1479071_1792775656\">To Apply for this Job Click Here<\/a><\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Location: Hybrid Princeton, NJ<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In this role, you&#8217;ll lead and mentor a team of onshore developers while remaining hands-on, owning the design and delivery of modern, production-scale web applications built on a current .NET and Angular stack.<\/p>\n<p>You&#8217;ll work closely with architecture, product, and cloud teams in a collaborative environment that values ownership, technical influence, and long-term growth.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"font-weight: 500;\">Position Description<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead the design, build, and delivery of enterprise web solutions across frontend and backend technologies using C#, .NET Core \/ ASP.NET Core, REST APIs, and Angular.<\/li>\n<li>Provide day-to-day technical leadership and people management for a team of onshore developers, including mentorship, workload coordination, and delivery accountability.<\/li>\n<li>Set technical direction, establish development standards, and partner with architecture, product, QA, and operations teams to deliver secure, scalable, and supportable applications.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"font-weight: 500;\">Required Skills<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong ability to provide technical guidance to developers &#8211; hands-on understanding of the technology stack, including .NET, Angular, and stored procedures.
