This individual will manage the recruiting process from initial sourcing through offer acceptance, partnering closely with leadership and hiring managers to identify and attract strong talent across the organization.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0in; margin-top: 0in; margin-bottom: 0in;\" type=\"disc\">\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle; line-height: 15pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Aptos; font-size: 12.0pt;\">Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from intake meetings and sourcing through interviews, offers, and candidate close<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle; line-height: 15pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Aptos; font-size: 12.0pt;\">Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, position requirements, and ideal candidate profiles<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle; line-height: 15pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Aptos; font-size: 12.0pt;\">Develop targeted sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and other channels<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle; line-height: 15pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Aptos; font-size: 12.0pt;\">Conduct initial candidate screens to evaluate experience, qualifications, communication skills, and overall alignment with the opportunity<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle; line-height: 15pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Aptos; font-size: 12.0pt;\">Coordinate and manage candidates throughout the interview process, maintaining consistent communication and a positive candidate experience<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle; line-height: 15pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Aptos; font-size: 12.0pt;\">Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and provide insight on candidate backgrounds and market availability<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle; line-height: 15pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Aptos; font-size: 12.0pt;\">Manage interview scheduling, candidate follow-up, references, and offer-stage communication<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; line-height: 15pt; font-family: Aptos; font-size: 12.0pt;\">Requirements:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"direction: ltr; unicode-bidi: embed; margin-top: 0in; margin-bottom: 0in;\" type=\"disc\">\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle; line-height: 15pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Aptos; font-size: 12.0pt;\">3+ years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience required<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle; line-height: 15pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Aptos; font-size: 12.0pt;\">Bachelor&#8217;s Degree required<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle; line-height: 15pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Aptos; font-size: 12.0pt;\">Experience recruiting within management consulting, professional services, corporate environments, or similar industries strongly preferred<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle; line-height: 15pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Aptos; font-size: 12.0pt;\">Strong sourcing skills and experience proactively identifying passive candidates<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle; line-height: 15pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Aptos; font-size: 12.0pt;\">Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0;
