This role will test internal controls, identify risk, and work with management to fix control gaps and improve processes.<\/p>\n<p>Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"___14cu5j8 fdgang7 f1hu3pq6 f19f4twv fuxrj8o\">\n<li value=\"1\">Plan, execute, and document financial, operational, and compliance audits in line with the annual audit plan.<\/li>\n<li value=\"2\">Perform risk assessments to identify key business risks and set audit scope.<\/li>\n<li value=\"3\">Test the design and operating effectiveness of internal controls, including SOX controls where applicable.<\/li>\n<li value=\"4\">Prepare clear audit workpapers that support findings and conclusions.<\/li>\n<li value=\"5\">Write audit reports with findings, root causes, and practical recommendations for management.<\/li>\n<li value=\"6\">Track management action plans and confirm remediation is complete.<\/li>\n<li value=\"7\">Coordinate with external auditors and support the annual audit and control testing.<\/li>\n<li value=\"8\">Review accounting policies, procedures, and processes to improve accuracy and efficiency.<\/li>\n<li value=\"9\">Mentor and review the work of staff auditors.<\/li>\n<li value=\"10\">Work with finance, operations, and IT teams to strengthen the control environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Qualifications:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"___14cu5j8 fdgang7 f1hu3pq6 f19f4twv fuxrj8o\">\n<li value=\"1\">Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA, CIA, or CISA certification preferred.<\/li>\n<li value=\"2\">Minimum of 4 years of internal audit, external audit, or SOX compliance experience. Public accounting experience preferred.<\/li>\n<li value=\"3\">Strong knowledge of GAAP, internal control frameworks such as COSO, and SOX requirements.<\/li>\n<li value=\"4\">Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills.
