This is a high-impact opportunity for someone who wants broad exposure beyond traditional GL accounting, with significant ownership across financial close, revenue accounting, order-to-cash operations, process improvement, and automation.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>The company has an established operating history and is continuing to scale its U.S. and international operations. With a potential future IPO in mind, the accounting team is focused on strengthening controls, improving systems, automating manual processes, and building a more scalable finance infrastructure.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>What You&#8217;ll Do:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close<\/li>\n<li>Prepare journal entries, accruals, account reconciliations, and balance sheet\/P&amp;L analysis<\/li>\n<li>Support ASC 606 revenue recognition and related accounting activities<\/li>\n<li>Help redesign and scale the end-to-end order-to-cash process<\/li>\n<li>Partner across contract execution, billing, collections, cash application, and revenue recognition<\/li>\n<li>Identify process gaps and opportunities to improve controls, accuracy, and efficiency<\/li>\n<li>Help develop scalable processes and documentation as the business introduces new products and commercial models<\/li>\n<li>Support revenue forecasting, projections, and actual-to-forecast variance analysis<\/li>\n<li>Assist with sales commission tracking and reconciliations<\/li>\n<li>Support annual audit requests, schedules, documentation, and accounting research<\/li>\n<li>Help drive systems enhancements, integrations, and automation initiatives<\/li>\n<li>Leverage NetSuite, advanced Excel, and AI-enabled tools to reduce manual processes and improve reporting<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate cross-functionally with teams in the U.S. and Asia<\/li>\n<li>Play an active role in building an accounting infrastructure that can support continued growth and potential future IPO readiness<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What They&#8217;re Looking For:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative field<\/li>\n<li>4+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of ASC 606 and revenue accounting<\/li>\n<li>Experience working within a technology company or supporting technology clients<\/li>\n<li>Strong GL, reconciliation, and financial close experience<\/li>\n<li>Experience using AI tools within a professional environment<\/li>\n<li>Advanced Excel and financial\/operational analysis skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment<\/li>\n<li>CPA and\/or Big 4\/public accounting experience is a huge plus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Additional Plus:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>NetSuite experience<\/li>\n<li>Experience with order-to-cash transformation or revenue operations<\/li>\n<li>Experience supporting process automation or systems implementations<\/li>\n<li>Pre-IPO or other high-growth company experience<\/li>\n<li>Experience working with international or global teams<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/counter.adcourier.com\/Y3dpbGNvY2suMzcxOTcuMTI1ODRAYmVhY29uaGlsbC5hcGxpdHJhay5jb20.gif\"><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">SFOTNSBSA_1793060461<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><strong><a id=\"otherId\" href=\"https:\/\/jobs.beaconhillstaffing.com\/jobs\/job\/SFOTNSBSA_1793060461\">To Apply for this Job Click Here<\/a><\/strong><\/h4>\n","protected":false},"author":0,"featured_media":3770,"template":"","meta":{"_relevanssi_hide_post":"","_relevanssi_hide_content":"","_relevanssi_pin_for_all":"","_relevanssi_pin_keywords":"","_relevanssi_unpin_keywords":"","_relevanssi_related_keywords":"","_relevanssi_related_include_ids":"","_relevanssi_related_exclude_ids":"","_relevanssi_related_no_append":"","_relevanssi_related_not_related":"","_relevanssi_related_posts":"","_relevanssi_noindex_reason":"","inline_featured_image":false,"_promoted":"","_job_location":"San Jose, California","_application":"cwilcock.37197.12584@beaconhill.aplitrak.com","_company_name":"Beacon Hill Staffing Group","_company_website":"","_company_tagline":"","_company_twitter":"","_company_video":"","_filled":0,"_featured":0,"_remote_position":0,"_job_salary":"","_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":""},"job-categories":[201,202],"job-types":[18,2],"class_list":["post-135149","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","job-type-direct-permanent","job-type-full-time"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.7 -
