The ideal candidate is comfortable working with customer accounts, resolving outstanding balances, performing reconciliations, assisting with month-end close, and supporting the accuracy of financial records.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage and monitor <strong>accounts receivable balances and aging reports<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Perform <strong>customer collections and follow-up on past-due accounts<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Research account discrepancies, short payments, unapplied cash, and billing issues<\/li>\n<li>Apply and reconcile customer payments and maintain accurate account records<\/li>\n<li>Communicate with customers regarding outstanding invoices, payment status, and account questions<\/li>\n<li>Assist with invoicing, billing corrections, credit memos, and account adjustments<\/li>\n<li>Perform daily and monthly <strong>bank and account reconciliations<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Prepare and post routine <strong>journal entries<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Assist with <strong>month-end close<\/strong> and supporting schedules<\/li>\n<li>Maintain general ledger account accuracy and research discrepancies<\/li>\n<li>Support accounts payable activities as needed, including invoice review and payment processing<\/li>\n<li>Assist with expense reporting and account coding<\/li>\n<li>Maintain organized accounting documentation and supporting records<\/li>\n<li>Assist with audit requests and preparation of supporting documentation<\/li>\n<li>Prepare basic accounting reports and Excel schedules<\/li>\n<li>Work with accounting and operational teams to resolve transaction and account issues<\/li>\n<li>Provide general accounting support and assist with additional accounting projects as needed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1-3 years of accounting, accounts receivable, or related finance experience<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of basic accounting principles, journal entries, and general ledger activity<\/li>\n<li>Experience performing account and bank reconciliations<\/li>\n<li>Exposure to month-end close processes preferred<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including spreadsheets, formulas, sorting, filtering, and basic data analysis<\/li>\n<li>Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve discrepancies<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable communicating directly with customers regarding outstanding balances and payment issues<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet established deadlines<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><br \/>Must be at least 18 years of age<br \/>Must be authorized to work in the United States<br \/>Must reside in and be able to commute to the Las Vegas Valley, NV<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/counter.adcourier.com\/ZmluYW5jZWxhcy4wOTE5OS4xMjU4NEBiZWFjb25oaWxsLmFwbGl0cmFrLmNvbQ.gif\"><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">Staff\/AR &#8211;
