The ideal candidate will have experience relevant to an active federal and state litigation practice involving constitutional officers, insurance defense, business disputes, appellate litigation, and more. Experience should include drafting and issuing litigation documents, including pleadings, motions practice, and discovery. Must have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a commitment to delivering high-quality legal services while maintaining a high level of accuracy in written and verbal communication.<\/p>\n<p>This is a full-time, non-exempt and in-office position.
