The architect will work extensively across <strong>Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, hybrid identity, application access, authentication, authorization, and identity security controls<\/strong>.<\/div>\n<div class=\"paragraph-in-scc-markdown-text ___1ngh792 ftgm304 f1iaxwol\">This is an <strong>execution-focused technical architecture role<\/strong>, rather than a general IAM advisory, assessment-only, or project management position.<\/div>\n<h3>Key Responsibilities<\/h3>\n<div class=\"paragraph-in-scc-markdown-text ___1ngh792 ftgm304 f1iaxwol\"><strong>IAM Architecture &amp; Solution Design<\/strong><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Assess current IAM architectures, integrations, configurations, dependencies, and future-state access patterns.<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Identify architectural gaps, security risks, and technical constraints.<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Design practical current-state, transitional, and target-state IAM solutions.<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Evaluate identity trust boundaries, authentication methods, directory dependencies, authorization models, and cross-environment access.<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Produce implementation-ready architecture and technical documentation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"paragraph-in-scc-markdown-text ___1ngh792 ftgm304 f1iaxwol\"><strong>Active Directory &amp; Microsoft Entra ID<\/strong><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Analyze and troubleshoot AD and Entra ID environments.<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Design and validate security groups, nested groups, entitlement mappings, and group-based application assignments.<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Evaluate hybrid identity synchronization and authentication flows.<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Address directory trusts and dependencies between separated environments.<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Troubleshoot authentication, authorization, identity integration, and group membership issues.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"paragraph-in-scc-markdown-text ___1ngh792 ftgm304 f1iaxwol\"><strong>Application &amp; Business Integration<\/strong><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Partner with application owners, business stakeholders, cloud teams, infrastructure engineers, and cybersecurity personnel.<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Translate application and business access requirements into IAM solutions.<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Resolve identity issues involving users, applications, administrators, service accounts, and system integrations.<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Facilitate technical sessions to resolve migration blockers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"paragraph-in-scc-markdown-text ___1ngh792 ftgm304 f1iaxwol\"><strong>Identity Security<\/strong><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Design solutions involving <strong>SSO, federation, MFA, Conditional Access, privileged access, and identity lifecycle management<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Evaluate provisioning\/deprovisioning and joiner\/mover\/leaver requirements.<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Address service accounts, machine identities, workload authentication, legacy authentication, and emergency access.<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Develop controls to prevent inappropriate cross-environment access.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"paragraph-in-scc-markdown-text ___1ngh792 ftgm304 f1iaxwol\"><strong>Migration &amp; Cutover<\/strong><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Identify identity-related migration dependencies and sequencing requirements.<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Develop IAM migration guidance and integration specifications.<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Create cutover, access-validation, and rollback procedures.<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Support mock go-live exercises, troubleshooting, testing, and defect remediation.<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Support production cutover and post-cutover stabilization.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Required Qualifications<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Extensive professional experience with enterprise <strong>Identity and Access Management<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Senior\/principal-level IAM engineering or solution architecture experience.<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Strong hands-on expertise with <strong>Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Entra
