This position will support a sophisticated commercial real estate practice and work closely with approximately five attorneys on a variety of transactional matters.<\/p>\n<div>\n<p>This is an especially great opportunity for an experienced real estate paralegal looking for significant flexibility. Following a successful introductory period, generally around 90 days, the position offers a <strong>hybrid schedule of four days remote and one day in the office each week<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Compensation:<\/strong> $93,600 &#8211; $150,000 annually<br \/> <strong>Location:<\/strong> Denver, CO<br \/> <strong>Schedule:<\/strong> Hybrid, 1 day in office \/ 4 days remote following introductory period<br \/> <strong>Billable Requirement:<\/strong> 1,600 hours annually<\/p>\n<p>The Real Estate Paralegal will play an active role in commercial real estate transactions from due diligence through closing. Responsibilities will include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Drafting, reviewing, and summarizing purchase and sale agreements, deeds, easements, estoppel certificates, owner affidavits, and other real estate documents<\/li>\n<li>Performing and coordinating due diligence, including title, survey, and zoning review<\/li>\n<li>Preparing title and survey objection letters and working with title companies and surveyors to resolve outstanding issues<\/li>\n<li>Managing transaction timelines, key dates, and deadlines<\/li>\n<li>Ordering and reviewing UCC, lien, litigation, and related search reports<\/li>\n<li>Preparing entity formation documents and resolutions<\/li>\n<li>Coordinating commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and financing closings<\/li>\n<li>Preparing and managing closing checklists, signature packages, and final closing documents<\/li>\n<li>Communicating with clients, title companies, lenders, opposing counsel, and other parties throughout transactions<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining organized electronic files and accurate time entries<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Qualified candidates should have <strong>5+ years of real estate paralegal experience<\/strong>, including hands-on experience with <strong>title and survey review<\/strong>. Candidates should be comfortable managing multiple transactions and deadlines while producing accurate, high-quality work. Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills are important for success in this role.<\/p>\n<p>A paralegal studies degree, paralegal certificate, bachelor&#8217;s degree with relevant experience, or a comparable combination of education and applicable real estate experience is preferred.
