This is a hybrid role with 3-4 days being in the office per week and working hours bring from 8:30am\/9am-5pm\/5:30pm. This role will begin as soon as they find the right person and will last for ~6 months. The role pays up to $41.50\/hr.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide administrative support to the IT Governance team, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and maintaining calendars. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist with organizing, updating, and maintaining IT governance documentation, such as policies, procedures, and records. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Support tracking and logging of compliance tasks, audit schedules, and follow-up actions. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Collect and organize evidence for internal and external audits (e.g., access reviews, change logs). <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Generate and update basic reports on IT administrative compliance metrics and maintain dashboards. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Perform data entry, document filing, and help ensure quality and accuracy across records. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinate communications between IT Governance and other IT teams. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Participate in introductory meetings and conversations related to IT governance and compliance. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist with documenting procedures and flagging opportunities for process improvements. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Required:<\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1-2+ years of administrative or office experience, ideally supporting technology teams. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong organizational and time management skills, with high attention to detail. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Clear written and verbal communication abilities. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Demonstrated interest in information technology, IT governance, or compliance. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to effectively prioritize, work independently, and collaborate within a team. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred:<\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Academic coursework or exposure to IT concepts (degree, diploma, or certificate in progress). <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience with collaboration platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Teams). <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Administrative experience in an IT, risk, or compliance environment. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Basic familiarity with IT governance frameworks (COBIT, NIST, ISO\/IEC 27001, or ITIL) is an asset. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Competencies:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent organization and prioritization skills <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Attention to detail and accuracy <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong written and verbal communication <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Willingness to learn and take initiative <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Professionalism, reliability, and confidentiality<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/counter.adcourier.com\/bnljYXAuMTU3MzcuMTI1ODRAYmVhY29uaGlsbC5hcGxpdHJhay5jb20.gif\"><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">A1479653NY-Temp_1793125327<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><strong><a id=\"otherId\" href=\"https:\/\/jobs.beaconhillstaffing.com\/jobs\/job\/A1479653NY-Temp_1793125327\">To Apply for this Job Click Here<\/a><\/strong><\/h4>\n","protected":false},"author":0,"featured_media":3770,"template":"","meta":{"_relevanssi_hide_post":"","_relevanssi_hide_content":"","_relevanssi_pin_for_all":"","_relevanssi_pin_keywords":"","_relevanssi_unpin_keywords":"","_relevanssi_related_keywords":"","_relevanssi_related_include_ids":"","_relevanssi_related_exclude_ids":"","_relevanssi_related_no_append":"","_relevanssi_related_not_related":"","_relevanssi_related_posts":"","_relevanssi_noindex_reason":"","inline_featured_image":false,"_promoted":"","_job_location":"New York, New York","_application":"nycap.15737.12584@beaconhill.aplitrak.com","_company_name":"Beacon Hill Staffing Group","_company_website":"","_company_tagline":"","_company_twitter":"","_company_video":"","_filled":0,"_featured":0,"_remote_position":0,"_job_salary":"","_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":""},"job-categories":[171,172],"job-types":[2,16],"class_list":["post-135219","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","job-type-full-time","job-type-temporary-contract"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.7 -
