This is a full-time, hybrid position supporting attorneys on complex intellectual property and commercial litigation matters.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The salary range for this position is <\/span><strong>85k-125k<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, depending on experience.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The ideal candidate has <\/span><strong>5+ years of litigation paralegal experience<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, ideally within a large or complex law firm environment. Experience supporting intellectual property litigation, including patent and trademark matters, is strongly preferred. Candidates must have a Bachelor&#8217;s degree, and an ABA Paralegal Certification is preferred.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Skills required and Job Duties include the following:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Duties:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Support complex intellectual property and commercial litigation in state and federal courts, including patent and trademark disputes<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Organize and manage case files, pleadings, discovery materials, exhibits, and other litigation documents<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Prepare and coordinate state and federal court filings, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and supporting materials<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cite check, Bluebook, and proofread pleadings, briefs, and other legal documents<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Coordinate document collection, review, discovery, and productions with attorneys, clients, litigation technology teams, and outside vendors<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Assist with deposition preparation, including witness files, exhibits, transcripts, and deposition logistics<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Prepare legal teams for client meetings, hearings, arbitrations, depositions, and trials<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Assist attorneys with discovery requests and responses, deposition notices, subpoenas, privilege logs, and third-party productions<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Maintain case chronologies, discovery trackers, litigation databases, and matter deadlines<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Conduct legal and factual research and coordinate with litigation docketing teams to ensure deadlines are properly recorded and tracked<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bachelor&#8217;s degree required;
