Details regarding the position are below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>About the Firm<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This boutique litigation firm pairs large-firm experience and skill with the personalized client service and flexibility of a smaller practice. Its work centers on complex commercial and contract litigation, with a particular strength in business insurance coverage disputes, and its clients range from regional businesses to large national and international companies. The firm is highly regarded in its field and has a strong track record of results for its clients. The team values creativity, collaboration and persistence, and it prepares every case as if it will go to trial.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Role<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>This is a generalist role handling complex commercial litigation matters, with a strong niche in business insurance coverage and recovery disputes.<\/li>\n<li>Represent both plaintiffs and defendants in high-stakes contract, business tort and insurance coverage disputes, including bad-faith claims, in state and federal trial and appellate courts.<\/li>\n<li>Gain exposure beyond traditional litigation, including arbitration, mediation, settlement counsel work, legal triage and second-opinion engagements.<\/li>\n<li>Work directly with clients and firm leadership in a collaborative, team-based environment while litigating against some of the largest, best-known firms in the country.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>4+ years of commercial litigation experience (taking and defending depositions);
