Details regarding the position are below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>About the Firm<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This established boutique focuses on construction law and complex commercial disputes, representing clients across all sides of the construction industry. The Chicago office offers a collegial, close-knit environment backed by the resources of a national practice.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Role<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Litigate complex construction disputes, including delay, disruption, defect and payment claims, on behalf of owners, contractors, designers and sureties.<\/li>\n<li>Handle matters (with some oversight) in state and federal court as well as in arbitration and mediation, from early case assessment through trial or hearing.\n<ul>\n<li>Managing caseload, drafting pleadings and dispositive motions, taking depositions and some courtroom experience preferred.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Surety experience is a plus but not required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3+ years of litigation experience;
