This position offers a <strong>40 hour work week<\/strong>, a <strong>hybrid schedule<\/strong>, comprehensive benefits, and competitive compensation paying between $65,000-$75,000.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare, format, revise, and proofread a variety of legal documents and correspondence<\/li>\n<li>Assist with commercial real estate and finance transactions from inception through closing<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and distribute closing sets and closing binders<\/li>\n<li>Support attorneys with commercial finance loan documentation and related transaction matters<\/li>\n<li>Manage attorney calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements<\/li>\n<li>Process billing, expense reports, and other administrative tasks<\/li>\n<li>Maintain files and ensure timely handling of transactional documents<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of <strong>2-4 years of legal assistant experience<\/strong>, preferably supporting transactional practices<\/li>\n<li>Strong experience preparing, formatting, and revising legal documents<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with commercial finance loan terminology and various loan structures<\/li>\n<li>Experience preparing and distributing closing sets<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal document management systems<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Why Apply?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>National law firm with a strong reputation in the legal industry<\/li>\n<li>40 hour work week<\/li>\n<li>Competitive compensation and excellent benefits package<\/li>\n<li>Collaborative and professional team environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><em>Only qualified candidates will be contacted.
