This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented legal professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants to be part of a collaborative and respected legal team. The firm offers a hybrid work schedule, competitive compensation, and a strong culture focused on teamwork and professional development.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide day-to-day administrative and legal support to bankruptcy attorneys.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare, revise, proofread, and finalize legal documents, correspondence, pleadings, motions, notices, and other bankruptcy-related filings.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate and manage electronic filings in bankruptcy courts and other state and federal courts.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain calendars, monitor deadlines, and assist with docket management.<\/li>\n<li>Open new matters, organize electronic and physical case files, and maintain document management systems.<\/li>\n<li>Schedule meetings, hearings, conference calls, and client appointments.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with preparation of petitions, motions, notices, proofs of claim, and other bankruptcy-related documents.<\/li>\n<li>Communicate professionally with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and vendors.<\/li>\n<li>Handle attorney time entry, expense reports, billing assistance, and travel arrangements.<\/li>\n<li>Support trial, hearing, and mediation preparation as needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3+ years of legal assistant experience in a law firm environment.<\/li>\n<li>Bankruptcy experience strongly preferred;
