You&#8217;ll work independently while following an assigned route to visit residential properties and communities throughout the area.<\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">This is not a sales position. There is no cold calling or solicitation.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>What You&#8217;ll Do<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Drive to assigned properties throughout Philadelphia and the surrounding suburbs.<\/li>\n<li>Drop off complimentary publications at front desks, leasing offices, security desks, and management offices.<\/li>\n<li>Politely ask for basic property management contact information when available.<\/li>\n<li>Log each visit and any information collected using a mobile app.<\/li>\n<li>Follow an assigned route of approximately <strong>20 to 30 locations per day<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Work independently while representing the organization in a friendly, professional manner.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What We&#8217;re Looking For<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Valid driver&#8217;s license and reliable personal vehicle.<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable driving throughout the Greater Philadelphia area.<\/li>\n<li>Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working independently.<\/li>\n<li>Friendly and comfortable approaching front-desk and property staff.<\/li>\n<li>Able to use basic GPS, navigation, and mobile apps.<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable being on the go, getting in and out of the car, and walking between locations throughout the day.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in field marketing, canvassing, delivery driving, merchandising, brand ambassador work, retail, hospitality, customer service, or community outreach is helpful but not required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>The Details<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Pay:<\/strong> $20\/hour<\/li>\n<li><strong>Mileage:<\/strong> Reimbursed per client guidelines<\/li>\n<li><strong>Type:<\/strong> Temporary\/contract<\/li>\n<li><strong>Schedule:<\/strong> Part-time or full-time availability;
