This role helps ensure HR processes are accurate, timely, compliant, and aligned with company policies and business objectives.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Reports to: Human Resources leadership or the assigned site leader. This role supports day-to-day HR operations for the facility and serves as a primary resource for employees, supervisors, and managers on HR, payroll, benefits, onboarding, and employee relations matters.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Employment classification: Part-time, non-exempt as determined by the company. Schedule expectations may include regular business hours with occasional flexibility required to support payroll deadlines, employee needs, recruiting activity, audits, or time-sensitive HR matters.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Manage or support the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, offer support, hiring requirements &amp; documentation, and onboarding.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>Maintain accurate employee personnel files and HR records.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Process or coordinate biweekly payroll, ensuring accurate employee hours, salaries, overtime, deductions, bonuses, and tax withholdings.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>Verify payroll data and resolve payroll discrepancies in a timely manner.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate payroll changes related to new hires, terminations, promotions, pay increases, and benefit deductions.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure payroll is processed in compliance with federal, state, and local wage and hour laws.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Administer or coordinate employee benefits in partnership with Corporate HR, including enrollments, qualifying life-event changes, terminations, employee questions, and related documentation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>Assist employees with benefits, payroll, and HR-related questions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Maintain compliance with employment laws, company policies, regulatory requirements, required postings, employee documentation, and internal HR procedures.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>Coordinate new hire orientation and employee onboarding.<\/li>\n<li>Support performance management, employee development, and training initiatives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Support employee relations by addressing routine workplace concerns, documenting issues appropriately, escalating complex matters when needed, and helping facilitate conflict resolution in alignment with company policy.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Prepare HR reports, metrics, and documentation for management, including headcount, turnover, recruiting activity, payroll-related data, training records, compliance tracking, and other HR operational measures as needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>Coordinate leave administration, including FMLA, ADA accommodations, workers&#8217;
