The analyst will conduct open-source and database research, identify and locate potential witnesses, perform background research, and synthesize information from multiple sources.<\/div>\n<h2>Key Responsibilities<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Conduct open-source intelligence (OSINT), public-record, social-media, and database research to identify individuals and develop relevant background information.<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Locate potential witnesses and research professional histories, affiliations, contact information, and other relevant details.<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Build, organize, clean, and maintain large datasets of potential contacts and research subjects.<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Use digital research tools and technology to identify connections and develop actionable intelligence.<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Analyze information from multiple sources and identify meaningful relationships, inconsistencies, or patterns.<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Summarize findings clearly and accurately for investigative and legal teams.<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Verify information across sources and maintain a high degree of accuracy in research and data collection.<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Use generative AI and other technology responsibly to support research, information gathering, summarization, and repetitive workflows. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Required Qualifications<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\"><strong>Bachelor&#8217;s degree is required<\/strong><\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">1-2 years of professional experience, ideally involving legal investigations, legal research, or analysis.<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Strong research, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Ability to learn and effectively use new software, databases, and digital research tools.<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Strong attention to detail, particularly when compiling and validating information from multiple sources.<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 Microsoft Excel skills, including sorting, filtering, formatting, basic formulas, and organizing large datasets.<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Ability to structure, standardize, clean, and deduplicate spreadsheet data.<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Working knowledge of generative AI tools and responsible practices for using AI in research and everyday workflows.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Preferred Qualifications<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Experience researching individuals
