$21.00 an hour<\/li>\n<li>Start Date: ASAP!<\/li>\n<li>Contract to Permanent Opportunity <\/li>\n<li>Fully onsite in Washington, PA<\/li>\n<li>Free parking<\/li>\n<li>Schedule: Monday through Friday 8AM-5PM<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>About The Job:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide a warm, professional welcome to patients, helping maintain a comfortable, respectful, and supportive environment.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate and schedule patient appointments through the electronic health record (EHR) system while providing clear and courteous assistance.<\/li>\n<li>Confirm insurance eligibility and coverage, including Medicare and commercial insurance plans, while maintaining complete and accurate documentation.<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate patient check-in and check-out, ensuring intake forms and required paperwork are completed properly.<\/li>\n<li>Handle multi-line phone calls professionally, answer patient inquiries, and route calls to the appropriate staff members.<\/li>\n<li>Update and maintain confidential patient records in accordance with HIPAA requirements and privacy standards.<\/li>\n<li>Provide support with billing-related functions, including insurance processing, payment collection, and basic account follow-up.<\/li>\n<li>Perform day-to-day clerical duties, including filing, data entry, document organization, and maintaining efficient office systems.<\/li>\n<li>Partner with clinical and administrative staff to coordinate patient needs, maintain efficient workflow, and support a positive patient experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>About You:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience providing administrative support within a healthcare or medical office environment;
